RENTAL GUIDELINES
No smoking.
No pets.
No firearms and no fireworks.
No noisy, drunken, rowdy or wild parties. The rental cabins will only be rented to families and responsible adults over 25 who are seeking a quiet peaceful vacation getaway.
No sororities, fraternities, student, prom, graduation groups, loud parties, loud music will be permitted. Any violation of this rule will result in an expedited eviction from the property without refund.
Occupancy will not exceed what you have reported to Stressbuster. Any discrepancy or misrepresentation will result in eviction or loss of deposit.
Please respect not only the property, but also the neighbors and the wildlife, in order to maintain the peace and quiet that everyone comes to the Coosawattee River Resort to enjoy and experience.
You will be responsible to pay for any actual damages to the property or its contents during your stay. You will also forfeit your deposit.
The Coosawattee River Resort is a tranquil environment meant for the purpose of relaxation.
You will forfeit all money paid and be evicted immediately if you are disturbing the tranquility of the community day or night.
Be warned that the Coosawattee River Resort enforcement and the neighbors will call law enforcement to report any rowdiness, drunkeness and disturbing the peace. Coosawattee River Resort strictly enforces with 24 hour security.
Coosawattee River Resort is a private gated community with strict restrictions that protect and honor the peace and quiet of the mountain, its residents and the wildlife.
No motorcycles, house trailers, recreational vehicles, ATVs, boats and trailers are permitted in the Coosawattee River Resort.

As the owners, we have tried to think of everything that will create a beautiful, comfortable, peaceful and delightful stay. River Deep Mountain High is furnished with all brand new furniture, mattresses, fixtures, linens, kitchenware, appliances, and decor. There are no cast-offs like one can find at cabins where the owners buy something new for their residence and put the old into the rental cabin. We often were disappointed when we found that to be the case when we have rented cabins and beach houses.
We want you to enjoy your stay at our Georgia Mountains cabin and appreciate the well-furnished, upscale and comfortable amenities. We wish you a very enjoyable escape at our beautiful cabin.
